Finally got around to take some photos of Lian Yin and Shun Ying. Shun Ying (aka Jade Rabbit) is a Doll Legend Mu Jin (Boy version) and Lian Yin (aka Rein aka our Little Angel) is well... Lian Yin LOL. I received them a couple months also but never got around to take photos of them because I wanted to finish making Shun Ying's outfit, but I ended up procrastinating and never got around to making it (yet). So might as well just go ahead with taking some photos of them first.
Lian Yin is one of those rare dolls of mine that is completed LOL, since majority of my dolls are incomplete or works-in-progress LOL. As for Shun Ying, I managed to modified his wig (previously Jeremy's wig here) and added those gradient extensions, so all that is left for him is his outfit, which I promise I'll work on... when I'm not feeling lazy LOL!

I never thought there would be a day where I would get into a "debate" with my mum over whether my doll is a boy or a girl LOL!! It all happened when I show her the adorable Rosen Lied Bambi (that I won on her birthday!) and my mum thought he was a girl LOL. Even though I told her countless time my dolls are (almost) all boys lmao!
The doll in question:

The outfit is from Telesthesia Doll (TD). I really love the outfit so I asked my usual Chinese authorized agent (since they also carry the brand) if I could buy just the outfit. I wasn't sure if it was possible to be honest, since some companies don't sell the outfit individually (tried asking about a few previously to no avail). Fortunately, TD said okay when the agent checked with them, so now I'm a proud owner of a really lovely outfit set! I changed the lacy ribbon headband to earmuffs since Min Woo is a boy, but apparently it didn't stop my mum from thinking he's a she LOL!!
And yes, his name is Min Woo! I mentioned in his box opening that I was considering two names. I decided to give both names to him so he's now Min Woo, code name Hope! o(>w<)b Well, at least until the next time I change my mind again LOL.
Anyhow, this is his "temporary" look until I stop being lazy and make an outfit for him. Although I have a backlog of outfits to make so it'll probably be years until I get around to make one for him lmao! I'm still waiting for some 18mm eyes since I never had 18mm eyes before. And he's supposed to have brown/purple hair but I think white goes well with the current outfit. He kinda reminds me of a rabbit with white hair and red eyes! LOL! ( ๑´艸｀๑)

It was hard to find a black wig with white streaks of hair for Yushu so I got a black wig off Taobao and add the white strands myself. I think the effect is rather good! Now I just need to get some hair gel for his fringe LOL!
Dude is about 85% complete now I guess. (๑￫ܫ￩๑) Can't say the same for the rest of the boys LOL too many projects to catch up on!

Okay, first thing first, I have to confess that I've got a recent (maybe not that recent) thing going for Korean actor Yoo Seung Ho.
In a bout of insanity, after watching the Korean drama, Arang and the Magistrate, I randomly messaged Stacy's Pink Ocean to see if they could custom make an outfit for me based on the character, Jade Emperor, played by Yoo Seung Ho in the show. I wasn't really expecting anything (you know, just asking) but to my surprise, they were okay with doing it! I ended up custom making another 2 more outfits lmao: a modified hanbok worn by Yoo Seung Ho in the same drama, and another outfit worn by Yoo Seung Ho from the movie, Joseon Magician. Okay, I know I am obsessed with that guy lmao!
They delivered all three outfits wonderfully, which I think is an amazing feat because of the lack of clear, high quality, full-body reference pictures (all I had were mostly crappy half-body screenshots form the drama). I really love the outfits, especially the Jade Emperor's. I made some minor changes to them, like adding the jade piece, gat, fan and stuff since the outfits didn't come with accessories, but overall I am really thankful to them for being so patient with all my requests and for making my dream come true with such beautifully, professionally made outfits!!

This is the outfit that sparked my bout of insanity lolol. It's an near replica of the actual outfit (refer to actual #1 and #2) worn by the Jade Emperor in Arang and the Magistrate. I'm totally bowled over by the amazing skill of the seamstress who made this outfit! I'm still in the process of completing his look, like adding white strands of hair to his wig, finding a similar looking black and white jade piece, adding some embroidery on his shoes, and so on, but overall I'm really happy with how my king is turning out, although he's not so much the Jade Emperor than a Dragon King/Sea God!
THE JADE EMPEROR HANBOK

This is the other outfit Yoo Seung Ho worn in the same drama (actual #1). I was a bit bummed that Stacy's Pink Ocean was not able to make the Gat for the Hanbok, but it was understandable because their specialization is in Chinese outfits. Fortunately, I managed to find the Gat on Dollmore to complete the look! This hanbok is actually specifically made for Yushu but J.D. is wearing it at the moment so it's a bit long for him since Yushu is taller. I think he is totally rocking the hanbok look though! ♥ I might just get one made for him LOL
THE JOSEON MAGICIAN ROBE
Custom made this on a whim, I did. LOL! The amount of attire changes Yoo Seung Ho had in this 2 -hour movie was a hell lot more than his outfits in the drama Arang and the Magistrate and I had a headache deciding which to make, but I went with the default one (actual #1) and an inner attire that I spied on him somewhere in the movie (actual #2, and lmao at the quote lolol). It was difficult trying to find a similar fabric with the same pattern so I decide to just put my trust in Stacy's Pink Ocean to choose a pattern for me and I gotta say that I think the outfit worked out quite nicely! This outfit was custom made for my incoming Loongsoul boy but he isn't here yet so J is modeling it. I may be biased but I think J looks good in it!
There are two other outfits I want to make too, but I'll probably hold back on that until I decide who to dress them up in LOL! And hopefully Stacy's Pink Ocean would still be open to custom making them for me after probably vomiting blood over the making of these outfits lolol.

Took some random, quick snapshots of my floating heads on J's body to use as profile pictures for my doll profiles on DOA. Their looks are not really finalized, like Toma needs a new wig and Aki needs a new faceup... and both of them needs a proper body, while Hee Chul needs a character, and possible a new name. I realized that I really need to spend more time on my dolls; some are severely in need of a makeover and better photos lol but urgh, I guess I'm just going to use "I'm backlogged" as my excuse again OTL.

Okay, so here's part 2, the remaining photos from our trip to Universal Studios Singapore in December 2014. The photos from Part 1 are from the Hollywood and New York strips, which are Galileo's favorites. Hello everyone! It's me Junsu~! ♥
Galileo was on a vacation + staycation in December last year, and she never ever brought us out for photo-taking, so I was super happy when she decided to bring me along on her trips! I think she actually wanted to bring J or Masaru but I think I won because I am waaaay cuter. (￣▿￣)
First we went overseas to our neighbouring country, Malaysia, and then we had a short staycation in Singapore. I am posting up our photos for the staycation first as there are fewer photos to sort through... and you know how Galileo can be soooooo lazy... (￣^￣)ゞ

One of our stops was Universal Studios Singapore. It's the second time Galileo has been there but my first time. Since it was the Christmas season, she also dressed me up in this fluffy snowman costume she bought earlier from somewhere. I know it's cute... but geez, try wearing it for the whole day in tropical Singapore!! (￣◇￣;)
Complaints aside, here we go!
