Daniel in Hanbok! ♥

Just some long overdue spam of Daniel in his new hanbok and a new wig! In my older blog posts, I mentioned wanting all my mini dolls to wear traditional costumes and after some mulling, I decided to get Daniel to wear the hanbok instead of increasing my dolly limit for minis. His character is half Korean so I supposed he is (kinda) qualified to wear the hanbok (although his background is actually a tad complicated lol, but whatever!)

Daniel's T-Shirt Printing Reality

Daniel has a new hairstyle! Actually the wig was originally meant for my (future) Woo Soo boy but Daniel decided to claim it for himself! One of his eye is a steampunk eye and the wig is just perfect since Daniel usually tends to let his fringe cover that side of his eye. I have to admit that it looks good on him! ♥

Decided to have some fun with dolly T-Shirt printing today! Sadly, I have only one plain T-shirt to try it out on...

The printing paper, which I got from a local store, isn't very good as the image looked sort of yellowish after being transferred to the shirt. :( But oh well. I guess it's a sort of a failure but it was fun to try something new.

The quote "Is this the kind of reality you wanted?" is actually by Jonghyun of Shinee. LOL.

Daniel has a new hairstyle! This is actually the Luts older-style wig which I got for Masaru but it was too small for him so I gave it to Daniel, who has had only one wig throughout the two years he has been with me! It is like a more tamer, less spike-y version of his original hairstyle!

I think this is my first attempt taking "family" photos of more than two dolls in one photo LOL. They are modelling hand puppets for tinies that I'm going to put up for sale. Puppets are too big for Yushu but the kids won't let him get away. XD

Luts HDF Macaron!!

【Food】All Your Cakes Are Belong To Me!! {The Icing Room}

Ever since I saw that Luts were going to release a new tiny called Macaron for the summer event, I've been dying to see what he/she looks like. I was like, LUTS! how can you give them such a cute name?! I'm almost sold even before they are released. But after some agonizing waiting, they finally release teaser photos of the little girl and guy! I actually didn't see the boy at first and I thought it was just the girl. When I saw the girl, I was like, oh thanks dolly god, I'm very much safe from girl dolls! But someone had to point out that there is also a boy version, even though Honey Delfs (HDF) have genderless bodies! I think the boy looks a little like Pie. I'll have to wait for more photos to decide if my wallet is screwed LOL.

Tetsuya does not approve of the little guy. He has already started upping his cute factor hoping that he won't have to contend with another HDF in the future for attention and cookies!

"Promise that you'll have only me, pretty please"

Meanwhile, Daniel is bored. It's such a lazy, rainy Saturday afternoon (just when I'm trying to take photos of the stuff I want to sell -_-) and the guy already looks so sleepy!

There is this awesome cake store that opened at my local shopping mall (awesome because the shop was very sweetly decorated and served by girls in sweet, pink maid uniforms >w<). I always wanted to try their cakes but resisted so far, but I finally crave in yesterday and bought some from The Icing Room. I usually don't post food review but then I thought how could I not take photos of such lovely cakes with my boys?! So here we go!

(This is not really a review, just an excuse to take more photos of the boys LOL)

This is the outfit I got for him for his second year anniversary this coming April (and also partly because my dolly story is set to take off once Chiron is here). Box Opening: Daniel Yoo

So I was around hunting for my first boy. I came across Homme Ivan and fell in love with his (sort of) dreamy look. To be safe, I looked around a while more, but I just kept coming back to him. Irrational as it sounded (well, I didn't have any experiences in the BJD hobby that time and had no access to DOA), I was worried he would be sold out and I'd lost my chance to bring him home. After a few more days pondering, I took the plunge! And after a month on agonizing wait, Daniel's finally home! (Sorry for the grainy and dark pictures as I could only open the box at night.)

The box~ finally!
